RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Via the email address support@cubanas-shoes.com and, if you like, you can go to our store in Lisbon.

The delivery time (business days) starts on the shipping day (it does not include Holidays in the country of origin or destination).

  • Mainland Portugal – Next day delivery
  • Portuguese Islands – 5/6 days
  • Mainland Spain and Spanish Islands – 24h/48h
  • Other European countries – 3/7 days
  • Other countries in the World – 5/10 days

 

Orders paid by credit card, 5-10 days.

For Multibanco, you must send your bank account number to the email address support@cubanas-shoes.com and we will reimburse you within two business days.

For orders placed through MBway, the time between the refund request and the amount being reimbursed into the customer’s bank account will vary according to the credit card issuing bank.

Under the Law, Buyers have 14 (fourteen) days from the date the products are received to decide whether or not they like such products, and in case they don’t they can return such products and will be reimbursed through the payment method used to place the order.

In case the Buyer wishes to exchange the product, he/she must inform that in an email to support@cubanas-shoes.com and explain the reason for such exchange as well as indicate which product he/she wishes to exchange it for and, in this case, he/she must duly pack such product which must be in perfect condition.

The product must be returned in the original box and can’t have been worn.

In this case, the Buyers will pay for all shipping costs to return one product and receive the other. Such products shall be returned and delivered by mail. Careful measures shall be taken when returning such product so that they remain in a good condition (selling condition) and it must be returned in the original package. Accordingly, if the package is damaged and the returning product is deemed to have been worn, we will not accept it.

If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer will have to contact us via the email address support@cubanas-shoes.com to address the problem.

Delivery

The delivery time (business days) starts on the shipping day (it does not include Holidays in the country of origin or destination).

It depends on the country of destination and the quantity of pieces being shipped. For example, for a pair of CUBANAS: to Portugal it is 3.90 Euros, to other European countries it can cost up to 20.90 Euros, such as Zone 6 (Finland, Norway, Romania, Bulgaria).
