For purchases made with MBway, the time from the refund request until the customer receives it in their bank account will vary according to the bank issuing the card.
Under the terms of the Law, Buyers have a period of 14 (fourteen) days, counting from the date of receipt of the items, to try out their items and if any do not suit them, you can return them and receive a refund through the same payment method used by the Buyer.
If the Buyer wants to exchange the product, he/she must express his/her wishes by email to support@cubanas-shoes.com indicating the reason and the product for which you intend to exchange, in which case, you must have the product you are returning properly packaged and in perfect condition. p>
The product must be returned in the original box and without signs of use.
In this case, the cost of returning the 1st product and delivering the 2nd to Buyers will be borne by them, both of which must be carried out by post. The return of these items must always be done with appropriate care so that the items are returned in good condition (in salable condition) and with the original packaging. Likewise, if the packaging is damaged and the items show obvious signs of use, their returns will not be accepted.
